As we step into spring, nature begins to awaken, offering us a beautiful reminder that we too can release what has completed its season and create space for something new.
Join us for The Garden Within, a deeply nurturing evening combining guided meditation, Reiki, sound healing and the beautiful energy of Green Aventurine — a crystal traditionally associated with growth, opportunity, optimism and the heart.
Our evening will begin with a guided meditation into your own sacred inner garden. Here, you will be invited to gently clear away what you are ready to leave behind and consider one simple question:
What am I ready to grow?
Perhaps your seed represents peace, confidence, creativity, healing, abundance, courage or a completely new beginning.
Holding your Green Aventurine, you will symbolically plant this intention before surrendering into an immersive sound journey.
Andrew Lawson will guide the sound experience using crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes and other vibrational instruments, while Leanne offers Reiki healing throughout the room.
Allow the sound and Reiki to become the rain, sunlight and nourishment for the seed you have planted as you simply rest, receive and reconnect with yourself.
This beautiful experience is an opportunity to:

There are times in life when the whole path ahead isn't clear — yet somewhere within us, we already sense the direction we are being called to follow.
Join us for a powerful evening beneath the energy of the Hunter’s Moon, as we explore intuition, inner guidance and the courage to take the next step.
Inspired by the archetype of The Seeker, this Full Moon Circle invites you to become still, listen beneath the noise and recognise the subtle signs and inner knowing that can guide us when certainty is unavailable.
Throughout the evening, you’ll experience Full Moon ceremony, teaching and reflection, journalling, a symbolic ritual, guided meditation, a crystal bowl sound journey and oracle guidance.
Together we will explore the question:
“What am I being called towards?”
